These Terms govern your access to and use of the CyberElites website at cyberelites.aeand the Forge cyber defense training platform (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
CyberElites provides Forge, a cyber defense training platform that allows authorized users to deploy and operate simulated cyber range environments for SOC training, blue-team drills, and offensive–defensive exercises.
The Service is currently in closed beta. Features, availability, and any future pricing may change.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Compliance with all applicable laws in your use of the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Attempt to access accounts or data of other users without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Use the Service to launch attacks against systems you do not own or are not explicitly authorized to test.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written agreement.
Important — about cyber range usage: While the Service simulates real attack techniques within isolated environments, you must not use it to attack any system outside your authorized scope. Misuse may violate applicable computer crime laws.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, designs, scenarios authored by CyberElites, and documentation, is owned by CyberElites and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Custom ranges and content you author remain your intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Information designated as confidential by either party shall be protected with reasonable care and used only for purposes of the Service.
7. Fees and payment
Fees for the Service, if any, are specified in your applicable order or subscription agreement. Closed beta access is offered at no charge unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or to comply with legal obligations. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@cyberelites.ae.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, governing law) shall survive.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CyberElites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one thousand United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED 1,000), whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CyberElites harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
